Forming part of an old school house this lovely property retains
some of its original features including panelling to the open plan
lounge area.
The property is situated in a lovely part of Torquay, only a few
minutes walk down to the harbour and town centre. You will also
find the attractive waterfront area and marina and fleet walk
shopping centre. There are numerous restaurants and bars around the
harbour.
The Meadfoot area of Torquay is a lovely quiet area to stay in
yet being close enough to walk to the local attractions.
Meadfoot beach is well worth a visit and again is within walking
distance of the house and contains a cafe (open during the season).
Meadfoot Beach has a blue flag quality coast award as well as being
a Conservation Society recommended beach.
