Upon your arrival at the Princess Theatre, you will be greeted by our helpful staff who will help you with anything you require to make your evening more special. They will also be able to direct you to all of the facilities that you may require just ask!

The Box Office is located on the roadside of the building and has information on forthcoming productions amongst other things. The staff will gladly provide information on shows and are a wealth of local knowledge. There is also a loop system installed to assist customers with hearing impairments.
