The Jones family want to say a big thank-you to the THHN and all their amazing supporters for what they do and the memories they make for all the children, young people and their families- the operation has grown since we were last in the Torbay area.
We returned to the hotel De La Mer last weekend as Hannah was being filmed for a Well Child Award. The setting for this was the Model Village and we all enjoyed revisiting this brilliant attraction.
Hannah and Molly were desperate that I went up in the High flyer air balloon at Torquay and if you see the pictures I am looking upwards to prevent me from having to looking down!
We went to the Museum as the girls have always had a fascination with Egypt and there was a really interesting exhibition on.
The Apollo Cinema was also visited and we all enjoyed the new Harry Potter film.
We had lunch in the Cliff Railway Cafe where they do an amazing pannini -we were too full to accept the ice creams that the staff kindly offered.
What we also must mention and congratulate is the warmth and friendliness that we were met with by all the staff we met. The De La Mer lived up to our expectations and we were treated to some yummy food!Jonesflight1.JPG
Luke you have done such a fab job and we know that your family are also critical to your efforts what you have achieved is truly incredible.The businesses and all THHN members should never underestimate the potency of what they give to families.
