Sponsor Luke's 40 Mile Run

The Challenge
 This year THHN founder Luke Tillen is taking on another crazy challenge for another amazing cause - Alice's Escapes http://www.alicesescapes.co.uk/

He is taking part in the 'Keswick to Barrow Walk' - a 40 mile trek across the tough hills of the Cumbrian countryside as a member of 'Team Alice', however Luke plans to run the entire 40 mile course!

The Reason
 Many of you will know of Alice Pyne who is 16 years old and is terminally ill with Hodgkins Lymphoma, she has been on several THHN holidays in the past. Alice very kindly designed an Emma Bridgewater mug for THHN and raised an incredible £13,000 for THHN through the profits of the mug sales!

Alice and her family have now set up their own charity called 'Alice's Escapes' that will operate much in the same way as THHN but offering holidays in Alice's home county of Cumbria. 

As a way of saying a very small thank you to Alice, Luke would like to raise as much money as possible for their amazing new charity by doing this sponsored run. The challenge of running 40 miles across the tough hilly Cumbrian terrain will not be easy and Luke is training very hard to ensure he does not fail and of course completes it in a time that he is happy with!
